Technology plays a crucial role in sustainable management, aiding organizations in resource optimization, energy efficiency, and environmental conservation. However, the ethical implications of using technology in sustainability efforts require critical examination. Issues such as data privacy, algorithmic biases, digital divide, and corporate accountability influence the ethical landscape. This paper explores the ethical concerns associated with integrating technology into sustainable management, reviews relevant literature, and highlights the research gap that needs further exploration. A mixed-method research approach is adopted, utilizing both primary and secondary data to analyze the ethical considerations and their impact on sustainable management practices.
